Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Please take care to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We strive to keep to our schedule so as to maintain a stress-free spa experience for all our clients. If you are late for your appointment, you may not receive a full treatment. We require a minimum 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. The treatment(s) you have selected are reserved especially for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your Gift Certificate and/or the requiring of pre-payment to secure future appointments.
Gratuities are not included, but are graciously accepted.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be present at the time service(s) are rendered. Lost, stolen or misplaced certificates are not refundable, replaceable or valid. Treat them like cash! An 18% gratuity will be added to all Spa Packages.
